This recommendation, along with the ones that follow, serve as strong triggers that can ease the onboarding of leads into the identification application. From experience since 2006, I can mention that part of the leads I’ve collected from the D-A-CH region and Romania are potentially difficult to convince to comply with electronic identification measures. IN 5: Assuming I will be working as an agent, I consider certain offers—such as promoting “real estate acquisition with an included FZCO setup option”—to be exceptionally strong CTAs and competitive differentiators. This approach has a high conversion potential, particularly in high-ticket transactions. For transactions exceeding AED 4 million, the mainland company setup costs can be fully covered from my transaction commission, especially in cases involving complex, high-value investment structures. I already have several such profiles within my cold leads database.
